I'm Jo and I founded Honeycomb Consulting as after many years working in food manufacturing and retailing I have lots of experience that I can share to help business owners avoid costly mistakes as they grow. I usually work with clients on a project or retained basis at  their location but I'm conscious that this might not be suitable for everyone so that's why I'm delighted to be launching my Manufacturing Mastery programme to be able to support more businesses in a way that suits them.
